Taxonomy of Wind, Erin Murphy

The kind that gives life to kites
and sails. The kind you fight:
headwind on a highway, fuel
needle teetering toward empty.
The kind you want: tailwind,
an invisible nudge from behind,
from a mother long, long gone.
