Cecilia Ruiz is a Southern California based artist who creates art almost exclusively with digital tools. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Fine Arts from Long Beach State University in California. She recently began creating art after retiring from her position as a web developer / graphic designer. Her current body of work feature pieces that reflect an exploration of the formal elements of art such as color, line, texture, shape and composition.
